These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bed11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bed11 platform — including the website, game lobby, sports betting section, live casino, or any other feature — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the bed11 platform.

To register and use bed11, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf.

bed11 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, all winnings will be forfeited, the account will be closed, and any deposited funds will be returned to the deposit source following internal review.

Each player may hold only one registered account on bed11. Opening multiple accounts, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact bed11 support immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. bed11 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not reused across other services such as bKash or Nagad.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party, including family members.
• Notify bed11 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Log out of bed11 after every session when using a shared device.

All deposits and withdrawals on bed11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are set by bed11 and may change from time to time. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of each transaction. bed11 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. bed11 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the account withdrawal section. Processing times may be affected by payment provider schedules, KYC verification status, and public holidays in Bangladesh.

bed11 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (including identity verification and source-of-funds checks) before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not yet completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing. bed11 may withhold withdrawal funds pending satisfactory completion of any required verification.

bed11 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be published alongside each specific offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• bed11 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a technical error that has resulted in incorrect bonus amounts being credited.
• One welcome bonus per player. Players who open multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts closed and all associated funds forfeited.

All bets placed on bed11 are final and binding once confirmed. bed11 will not cancel confirmed bets except in the event of a manifest technical error on the part of the platform, in which case affected bets may be voided and stakes returned at bed11's sole discretion. The determination of whether a technical error has occurred rests entirely with bed11.

Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. Odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the odds at which the bet is accepted, unless there is a manifest pricing error. In the case of a pricing error, bed11 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

Live in-play betting on cricket, football, and other sports is subject to additional rules specific to each sport and market, which are available within the relevant betting sections of the platform. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable sport-specific rules before placing in-play bets.

bed11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including the ability to set deposit limits and request self-exclusion periods. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek support. The following activities are strictly prohibited on bed11 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or the exploitation of technical errors or bonus systems.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to guarantee a profit or manipulate game or event outcomes.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate outcomes, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Money laundering or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds deposited on the platform.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account.

bed11 cooperates with relevant authorities in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or criminal use of the platform. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity waive all rights to funds held in their account.

All content on the bed11 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of bed11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bed11 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the bed11 platform without the prior written consent of bed11. Any unauthorised use of bed11's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bed11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. bed11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bed11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bed11 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or events beyond bed11's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. bed11 will not be liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of platform unavailability or downtime.

bed11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bed11 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, bed11 may also notify players of significant changes via on-platform notification or by email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the bed11 platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting bed11 support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and bed11 must first be submitted to bed11's support team in writing via the contact email provided on this platform. bed11 will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Players are encouraged to raise any concerns promptly — disputes must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the relevant event or transaction. bed11's decision on any dispute shall be final, subject to applicable legal requirements.
